The Pines Hotel is an ideal location for management meetings, training workshops, team building exercises or even business candidate interviews. We offer several conference rooms, all of which are available for business use with the facility to use professional audio-visual and conference equipment. Each room can be arranged to meet all of our clients needs. Our function rooms can accommodate from 2 to 250 delegates, with full use of our Rosette Restaurant.

When rooms are hired for conferences and meetings, all delegates are provided with fruit cordials, iced water, pencils and a Pines Hotel note folder. We have a range of equipment for hire including flip charts, overhead projectors, projection screens, television and video. Other equipment is available upon request.
