Our wonderful award winning Rosette restaurant is led by restaurant manager David Haigh and in charge of the kitchen, and a brigade of six accomplished chefs, is talented Head Chef Ryan Greene who, whenever possible, uses the best in local produce to create our award winning dishes. I am writing to thank all the staff at The Pines for looking after our party so well. We had lunch in the Latham room to celebrate our Ruby Wedding Anniversary. The room looked beautiful and the staff and the food were up to your usual excellent standard. We look forward to enjoying many more lunches at the Pines in the future.
The birthday meal my sister and I organised for our mother was a great success. Please thank your head chef and his staff for the most superb food, presentation and culinary skills. All our guests were very impressed. We all enjoyed the meal very much.
