At The Pines Hotel, we are curious as to how well we serve our customers. In order to provide a top class and consistent service to our customers, there is a need to listen to and acknowledge all comments and suggestions. We then use this feedback to constantly improve our service to our guests.

I would just like to thank all the staff at the Pines, for all their help, attention to detail, and politeness shown to us all Friday 10th August 2012 as we celebrated the Stobart/Gaskell wedding. The day was absolutely perfect, the rooms lovely, the food yummy, the gardens so well tended and even the sun shone. Special thanks must go to Nic for listening and following all our requests to the letter. And to George our toastmaster for the day who is an absolute legend!! All of the above contributed to making a special day a VERY VERY SPECIAL DAY Thank you so much

Attending the wedding of the year at The Pines Hotel the evening reception was exelent, we decided to stay over and were more than delighted, the room was spacious clean with smart décor. The staff were very friendly from the wonderful lady on reception to Tiana the lady who looked after me at breakfast time, all in all a top class place with top class staff thanks.

Service
The Pines Hotel provide EXCELLENT service from all staff, even though I was staying in one of the lower price rooms, I found it so comfortable and quiet.
The price is so affordable as it includes full breakfast and all internet.
So its "Goodbye Premier Inn" and "Hello Pines"
I WILL be visiting again!

we stayed at the pines after a christmas party. everything was lovely, the food, the atmosphere, all of it. the room was very clean, very comfortable and relaxing after the party. all staff were very polite and friendly, all spoke and smiled as we met around the hotel.
given the chance i would definitely stay here again. thank you.

My husband and stayed here on Friday 23rd November and had some customers join us for dinner ( their recomendation being local!). The dinner was lovely and the room and whole evening was extremley pleasant. The staff were also fantastic. Thanks!

I'd Stay There Again.
We stayed at The Pines mainly because it is close to the venue of a wedding we were attending. We liked the restaurant decor, and the antique feel to the public rooms. Our bedroom was fine and the bed was fantastic, really comfortable. Memory foam mattress, great for my arthritis, and good quality pillows. Breakfast was ordinary but adequate. I'll stay in The Pines again.

Anniversary
We had a fantastic stay at the Pines, beautiful room, lovely furnishings and amazing bathroom with jacuzzi bath. Dinner in the Haworth Restaurant was very good indeed, good quality food cooked beautifully, and breakfast was of the same quality in the morning. Friendly staff and a quirky decor make The Pines a fantastic place to stay, we'll definately be back!

Good Stay
4 of us stayed to celebrate my daughters 21st birthday, the hotel, room and breakfast were excellent, our only complaint was very poor bar service at "the cabaret night" . Re-Take that were excellent as was the compere and DJ, . It was a brilliant way to celebrate and perfect venue.

Claydon Room
Warm welcome and food prepared and served to a high standard. Service was friendly and attentive. The standard of the Claydon room was a bit tired and refurbishment would not go amiss - especially the en-suite bathroom which was old fashioned and not practical ( e.g the fixed shower positioning and awkward access, the interesting toilet flush nd the wash basin taps too close to the baisn side). Double glazing would have helped reduce the noise level during late night functions at the adjacent function room. The pricing was good value and could stand a little increase to help pay for refurbishment. We could not fault the service though!

Lovely Hotel
The Pines is a lovely hotel. There was a few issues when booking and then the receptionist didn't know where our room was located. (2 rooms were also booked for us in error). The room was spacious and lovely. The breakfast was great and would stay again if attending a cabaret evening.

Wallopers' Weekenders From Yorkshire
I stayed here with two friends, having called in here just for breakfast when I attended the Wallopers Weekend in Leyland in 2011. I was so impressed with the quality of the breakfast and wonderful service in the restaurant, that we decided to stay here in 2012. We were most impressed with every aspect of our stay, from the welcome by Nick at Reception to the beautiful rooms we each had. The bed was so luxurious - I cannot recall having stayed in a more beautifully apoointed room or a more comfortable bed - sheer heaven.
We ate at the Cabaret function room, although the menu for the restaurant was very tempting - we went for the value of the cabaret/meal deal and thoroughly enjoyed our meals.
Breakfast next morning was spot on too, enhanced by the lovely lady who appeared to be in charge of the restaurant - very capable and attentive. She had impressed us the previous year when we called in for breakfast.
I will definitely return, this time bringing my family for afternoon tea - thank you Pines for a memorable weekend.

Brilliant Stay
Myself and my partner had a brilliant stay at the pines, the food was lovely and the staff were very welcoming and inviting. We have booked to have our wedding reception at the pines hotel in November and are now very much looking forward to returning.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at the pines and yet again I rate it as excellent. Staff could not have been more helpful, bedroom was lovely and food outstanding. Would definitely recommend it to anyone and if I'm in the area again would certainly be booking to stay here

Thank you for a fantastic stay. We were celebrating our 10 year anniversary and to find our room was a suite was a lovely touch. It is these unprompted gestures that distinguish a great hotel from a good hotel. The suite was beautiful.

So Very Relaxing
I cant praise the pines enough for the warm and tentive welcome my husband and I received from both staff and owner, we were lucky enough to stay in the Howarth Suite with its own built-in spa, FANTASTIC!! the evening meal was delicious cooked to perfection, the whole hotel has an ora of calm I would recommend any one to stay.

Lancashire Hotspot
A slightlky quirky but excellent hotel which gives top value. Standard rooms are big, luxuriously furnished and very comfortable, comparing favourably with more expensive elsewhere. Breakfasts are top quality and staff friendly and helpful. We'll always use it when in the area.

Wonderful!
My partner and I stayed over at 'The Pines' on our way up North for a wedding. We stayed in the Howarth Suite which was beautiful. The staff were fantastic, they made us feel so welcome. It was obvious that the owner and staff love the hotel as the attention to detail was remarkable. The gardens were so pretty, we shall definately return. The restaurant was stunning, as was the food and wine, thank you.
